Location Based

Our office is based in Cheltenham and we cover the area of Cheltenham as well as Bishops Cleeve, so you do not travel to any other locations- we manage your mileage and time efficiently! Please note that having a driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.

Education Opportunites

We offer excellent training opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge. In addition to the mandatory training we provide client-specific training. We also fully fund training from  RQF's Level 2, 3, 5 as well as Care Certificate.

We pay for your time to attend our induction day and ongoing training throughout your career at Accolade.

Earlier this year we hosted our own company bake-off, alongside hosting an Alzheimer's Fundraising event. We don't lose touch of our company values and are always trying to make a positive difference in peoples lives and come together as a team!
