Everyone is uniquely different and has differing priorities and preferences.

How we can help

Our support workers can undertake all types of care and support for people with a wide range of physical disabilities. An important part of our role is to make sure the person we care for has the best quality of life possible by helping them to be as independent as possible, and to look for the right solutions to do so.

We work closely with you to create an individually tailored plan of care so that you can be assured that the care you receive will be the care that you need.

Our support workers receive specialist training in caring for clients with physical disabilities and we are able to work closely with other health care professionals such as physiotherapists, occupational therapists, district nurses and GP’s to provide a comprehensive package of care. All our support workers receive training in the use of manual handling equipment, so they are able to assist you fully.

We take pride in offering a highly responsive service which gives great peace of mind that we are always available if any problems arise.

We will work as a team with you, your family, other support workers and health care professionals to ensure that you are always at the centre of the care and support you are receiving and that it is tailored to meet your needs as they change.
